Reconnect with Your Natural Intelligence
- A Return to What You Already Know
You don’t have to “earn” this intelligence. You don’t need to sit cross-legged for hours or read a stack of self-help books before you’re allowed to feel grounded again. All it takes is a little space. A little quiet. A real forest under your feet — the kind where moss cushions your steps in summer, snow crunches underfoot in winter, the air smells like pine, and a curious moose or squirrel occasionally gives you side-eye.
That’s why I invite people up here, to the forests of northern Sweden. Out here, the world slows down naturally. You start noticing small things: the way sunlight flickers through the trees, the gentle sound of a stream, the subtle rhythm of your own breathing, and in winter, the extra silence when snow covers the land. And slowly, almost without effort, you start hearing your own thoughts again — the helpful ones — and you remember who you are, without trying so hard.
Why Nature-Based Coaching Works
Nature is a coach that doesn’t fuss or nag. It slows you down without telling you to slow down. It widens your perspective without giving a lecture. It gives clarity simply by being itself — calm, alive, honest.
Out here, the things that felt heavy start to feel lighter. The questions you’ve been carrying around get a bit more room to breathe. And, bit by bit, you reconnect with your own natural intelligence — the version of you that’s wise, grounded, curious, and very much alive.
Who This Is For
Nature-based coaching isn’t just for people who love trees (though that helps!). It’s for anyone who’s ever felt:
-
Overwhelmed by life’s constant buzz
-
Stuck, unsure which step to take next
-
Disconnected from their own intuition
-
Ready for change, but unsure where to begin
-
Curious about themselves and the world around them
Whether you’re a leader juggling a million decisions, a creative searching for inspiration, or just someone who wants to feel a little lighter in your own skin, the forest — and sometimes our four-legged coaches — has a way of meeting you exactly where you are.
Yes, I said coaches. Our Siberian huskies and donkeys have a special talent for noticing what you need. The huskies? Masters of showing energy and focus on joy (reminding you not to take life too seriously). The donkeys? Patient, wise, and wonderfully stubborn — perfect for reflecting on where you might be holding yourself back. They don’t judge, they don’t lecture, but somehow they help you see things you might not have noticed yourself.
An Invitation
If you’re ready to step off the treadmill of constant thinking, I invite you to join me in the forests of northern Sweden. Together, we’ll wander, observe, reflect, and tap into your natural intelligence. No rush. No pressure. Just trees, fresh air, the occasional curious donkey face, and huskies reminding you to breathe and maybe laugh a little.
Because the answers you’re looking for are often not in the next strategy, the next book, or the next task — they’re in the quiet, alive spaces waiting for you in nature. And sometimes, all it takes is a walk in the forest, with a husky at your side and a donkey nearby, to remember them.
