At Natural Intelligence, I value clarity and fairness. This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for coaching services.

1. Free introduction call

The free introduction call is offered without obligation and does not require payment.

2. Coaching sessions

Paid coaching sessions are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.

3. Missed sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.

4. Weather conditions (outdoor sessions)

Outdoor coaching sessions are planned with care for safety and comfort. If weather conditions make an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable (for example extreme cold, storms, heavy rain, or other adverse conditions), the session will be rescheduled in agreement with the client.

In such cases, the session is not considered canceled and is not refundable, but a new date or an alternative (such as an online session) will be offered.

If the client chooses not to continue after a weather-related change has been offered, standard cancellation terms apply.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.

If a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or technical issues), a new time will be agreed together.

6. Packages and programs

If coaching is offered as a package or program:

Refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Partially used packages are generally not refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Digital services

For online sessions delivered in full, refunds are not possible once the session has taken place.

8. Changes to this policy

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
