These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services offered by Natural Intelligence via the website naturalintelligence.coach.

By booking or participating in a coaching session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of coaching

Nature-based coaching is a reflective and supportive process. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.

A safe and respectful space is created for coaching, whether sessions take place online, outdoors, or in nature. You are invited to follow guidance and instructions offered during sessions; however, participation and decisions remain your own responsibility.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and well-being during and after coaching sessions.

2. Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions may take place:

Online (via video call)
Outdoors in nature
In combination with animals (such as dogs or donkeys)

A safe setting is created for all sessions. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition, comfort level, and boundaries, and for following instructions if you choose to do so.

Participation in outdoor or animal-supported sessions is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Appropriate clothing, footwear, and awareness of natural conditions are expected.

3. Booking and payment

Sessions can be booked online via the website.

Payment terms and prices are clearly stated at the time of booking.

A free introduction call is offered to explore whether coaching is a good fit.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the agreed time without charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed.

If a session must be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a new time will be agreed together.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, unless:

There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

Disclosure is required by law

6. Limitation of liability

Natural Intelligence takes care to create a safe and supportive coaching environment. However, participation in coaching sessions — including outdoor and animal-supported activities — is at your own risk.

Natural Intelligence cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from choices made by the client or from not following guidance or instructions provided during sessions.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, texts, and content shared during coaching remain the intellectual property of Natural Intelligence and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.
