My Approach

Who I Am

thumbnail_IMG_6144.jpg

I am a nature-based coach, living and working in the forests of northern Sweden.
Nature is not something I add to my work — it is the foundation of it.

I grew up with a direct, practical Dutch mindset and found my home in the wide, quiet landscapes of the north. Living close to the land taught me to listen differently — to myself, to others, and to life itself.

My coaching is shaped by how I live: by seasons, soil, animals, and real physical work.
And also by tulip bulbs.

Nature is my co-coach.
The forest brings perspective and calm.
Our Siberian huskies bring movement, clarity, and honest energy.
Our donkeys bring grounding, boundaries, and deep presence.
Our tulips remind us that growth above ground is visible for a short time — most of the work happens below the surface.
Together, they support people in listening to their natural intelligence, knowing when to move and when to stand still.

Nature has no judgement, no rush, and does not need to explain — it simply responds to what is present in the moment.

This is what makes my coaching different. I don’t offer quick fixes or complicated methods. I create space. Space to slow down, notice, and reconnect with your natural intelligence — the inner wisdom that often gets lost in busy lives.

People come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Not because something is wrong, but because something deeper is asking for attention.

Whether we meet in the forest here in Sweden, walk with animals, or connect online while you sit in nature where you are, the essence stays the same: simple, grounded, honest, and supported by the natural world.

What others say about me:

Pure, aware, and playful — grounded in nature and real life.
I love depth, and I love to laugh.

Coaching With Huskies and Donkeys

Working with animals adds something words often cannot.

Our Siberian huskies bring energy, clarity, and direction. They show when it’s time to move and when to stop.
Our donkeys bring stillness, boundaries, and deep presence. They invite you to slow down and really arrive.

You don’t need experience with animals. You don’t need to do anything special.
Their way of being naturally supports reflection, awareness, and insight — helping you reconnect with your own natural intelligence.

Coaching With Tulip Bulbs

Here in the north of Sweden, we grow tulip bulbs — further north than anyone thought possible. Many said it wouldn’t work: the climate was too harsh, the seasons too short.

But nature doesn’t respond to opinions. It responds to care, timing, and attention.

You cannot force a tulip to grow. You prepare the soil, listen to the land, do the work when it’s time — and then you wait. Most of the transformation happens underground, unseen.

Just like the tulips, your natural intelligence needs the right conditions to bloom.
A short visible moment above ground — a flower — is supported by long, patient growth below the surface.
